Returns policy

We want every order to feel right. If a product does not meet expectations, this page explains how to return it or request an exchange quickly and transparently.

General conditions

  • You have 14 calendar days from delivery to start a return, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • Products must be kept in their original packaging and remain in resaleable condition.
  • We cannot accept returns for customised items or products showing clear signs of use.

How to manage a return

Step 1

Request your return

Contact us with the order number, the product involved and the reason for return so we can validate the request.

Step 2

Receive the shipping label

Once approved, we send packing instructions and a prepaid label for the chosen carrier.

Step 3

Tracking and refund

We confirm receipt of the parcel and process the refund within seven working days.

Refund options

You can request a full refund to the original payment method, store credit for future purchases or an exchange for an equivalent product. We explain the most suitable option for each case.

Shipping costs and timing

We cover collection costs for faulty items or clear logistics incidents. For discretionary returns, we offer reduced carrier rates and confirm timings before creating the label.
