What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use comparable technologies such as local storage, session storage and pixel tags. Throughout this policy the word "cookies" covers all of them.

Cookie categories we use

We group cookies into four categories. Essential cookies are always active because the store cannot work without them. The other three categories are loaded only after you opt in.

• Essential: keep your basket and checkout session, sign-in state, CSRF security tokens and the consent banner choice itself. Examples: shopshipping_session, cookie_consent. Lifetime: session or up to 180 days.
• Analytics: measure how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Examples: Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) when you accept analytics. Lifetime: up to 13 months.
• Preference: remember non-sensitive choices such as language or regional settings. Lifetime: session or up to 12 months.
• Marketing: build audiences and measure advertising performance. Examples: Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc) and any retargeting tags from Meta or Google when you accept marketing. Lifetime: up to 90 days for _fbc and up to 13 months for the rest.

Third parties involved

When you accept analytics or marketing cookies, the following third parties may set cookies on your device or process the data the cookies collect:

• Google (Google Analytics 4) for traffic analytics.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (Facebook and Instagram) for advertising measurement and audience creation.
• Stripe Payments for fraud prevention during checkout.
• Other providers may be added in the future. We will update this list and the consent banner before any new third party is enabled.

How to control cookies

You can change your choice at any time from the consent banner that appears on first visit and is reachable again from the link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies directly from your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will break checkout and account functionality.

• To withdraw analytics or marketing consent: open the consent banner, untick the relevant categories and save.
