Where we ship

Villalta Home Co. currently ships to addresses in the United Kingdom. The destination is confirmed at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, we cannot deliver to that address.

Processing time

Once your order is paid, it is forwarded to the supplier the same day or the next working day. Processing usually takes 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.

During promotional periods, sales peaks or post-public-holiday windows, processing can extend to 5 business days. We will email you if we expect a longer than usual delay.

Estimated delivery times

Villalta Home Co. operates as an online retailer working with selected suppliers and logistics partners. Estimated delivery time depends on the supplier of the specific product and on the destination postcode. The total time you should expect is processing plus carrier transit:

  • Domestic UK suppliers: 3 to 7 business days from order date.
  • International suppliers (most of the catalogue): 7 to 15 business days from order date.
  • Bulky furniture from international suppliers: up to 25 business days during peak periods.
  • These ranges are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Real delivery time can be shorter or longer depending on the carrier and on circumstances outside our control such as customs, weather or strikes.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, the items in the basket and their dimensions. The exact shipping fee is shown on the order summary before payment, with no hidden charges.

  • Standard shipping fee: from £5.90 per order, depending on volume and destination.
  • Free standard shipping: applied automatically on orders over £60 to a UK address.
  • Bulky items: a supplement may apply if a single item exceeds the standard parcel size. The supplement, when applicable, is included in the shipping fee shown at checkout.

Tracking

When the carrier hands the parcel over for transit you will receive an email with the tracking number and the link to the carrier's tracking page. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours after the email to start showing meaningful events.

If a tracking number stops updating for more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@villaltaco.uk and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Lost, damaged or undelivered parcels

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after the upper end of the estimated delivery window, write to us with the order number and we will open a claim with the carrier. We will keep you informed in writing.

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery when possible. Otherwise, take photos of the outer packaging and the contents and send them to support@villaltaco.uk within 48 hours so we can replace the item or issue a refund without unnecessary back and forth.
