Villalta Wellness is an online shop for home fitness, recovery and personal care, serving UK customers. The whole thing is built and run by one person who couldn't find an honest place to buy this kind of kit — photos that match reality, delivery dates that aren't fiction, and a returns policy you don't need a lawyer to understand. That is what we try to be every day.

What we sell

A focused catalogue of wellness kit for UK homes: massage and recovery devices (massage guns, foam rollers, heat pads, massage recliners), home fitness (adjustable dumbbells, kettlebells, benches, rebounders), beauty devices, personal care and health monitoring (body composition scales, blood pressure monitors). Everything is chosen to be used, not admired.

We focus on items that solve real small-flat / first-home problems. If a product would only make sense in a 200 m² house, it does not go into the catalogue.

How we operate — honest version

We are an online-only retailer with no high-street shop and no warehouse of our own. We source from a network of partner manufacturers and logistics providers in the UK and internationally. They hold the stock; we publish the catalogue, take the order, and they ship directly to your address. This keeps prices honest because we are not paying for retail space, but it does mean delivery times vary by product — every product page shows the realistic dispatch window before you buy.

We do not claim to make any of this. We are not a manufacturer pretending to be a brand. We select, we describe honestly, and we answer when something goes wrong.

What you can count on

Small things that should be normal but somehow aren't on a lot of UK shops:

Free UK delivery on orders over £60. Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout — no surprise fees added later.
30-day returns on every product (we extend the UK statutory 14-day right to 30 days as goodwill).
Secure checkout via Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Product images are real photos of what arrives at your door (we vet every supplier picture before listing).
Realistic delivery estimates on every product page — usually 3–7 days for UK-stocked items, 7–15 days for items shipped internationally.
All consumer rights under UK law (Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) apply as standard.

One email address, one inbox, no support tickets in a queue: support@villaltaco.uk. Most enquiries get a reply within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). For order issues, including damaged or wrong items, just reply to your order confirmation — that is the fastest path because the order details are already in the thread.
