How we operate

Villalta Home Co. is an online-only retailer. We curate the catalogue ourselves and work with selected UK and international suppliers and logistics partners that prepare and ship the products directly to your address. We do not run a physical store and we do not hold a warehouse of our own — that allows us to offer a wider catalogue and adjust the selection quickly when supplier quality drops.

What this means for you in practice: every product page shows transparent processing and delivery estimates, every order is tracked once it leaves the supplier, and customer support is handled by a real person who can chase a delayed parcel or help you return a product that did not work out.

Delivery and returns

Standard delivery is free on UK orders over £60; below that, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout and starts from £5.90. Processing usually takes 1 to 3 business days; estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days for items dispatched from UK suppliers and 7 to 15 business days for items dispatched from international suppliers. Bulky items can take longer during peak periods. Each product page reflects the relevant supplier window, and the Shipping Policy explains the full picture.

If something is not right, you have 30 calendar days from delivery to start a return (we extend the 14-day UK statutory minimum) under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Faulty items are collected at our expense. The Returns Policy describes the exact procedure.
