Villalta Home Co. is an online home and furniture shop serving UK customers. The whole thing is built and run by one person who couldn't find an honest shopping experience for small UK flats — sofas with photos that match reality, delivery dates that aren't fiction, and a returns policy you don't need a lawyer to understand. That is what we try to be every day.
What we sell
Around 3,000 products curated for UK homes: bedroom furniture (ottoman beds, sofa beds, bunk beds, wardrobes), living-room furniture (sofas, TV units, coffee tables, accent chairs), kitchen furniture (islands, dining sets, bar stools), storage solutions (shoe racks, hallway storage, organisers), bathroom storage and a growing range of craft kits and DIY miniature models. Prices range from a few pounds for organisers to several hundred for full beds and sofas.
We focus on items that solve real small-flat / first-home problems. If a product would only make sense in a 200 m² house, it does not go into the catalogue.
How we operate — honest version
We are an online-only retailer with no high-street shop and no warehouse of our own. We source from a network of partner manufacturers and logistics providers in the UK and internationally. They hold the stock; we publish the catalogue, take the order, and they ship directly to your address. This keeps prices honest because we are not paying for retail space, but it does mean delivery times vary by product — every product page shows the realistic dispatch window before you buy.
We do not claim to make our furniture. We are not a manufacturer pretending to be a brand. We are a curator: we pick the products, vet the photos, write our own descriptions, and stand behind the customer experience.
What you can count on
Small things that should be normal but somehow aren't on a lot of UK shops:
- Free UK delivery on orders over £60. Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout — no surprise fees added later.
- 30-day returns on every product (we extend the UK statutory 14-day right to 30 days as goodwill).
- Secure checkout via Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
- Product images are real photos of what arrives at your door (we vet every supplier picture before listing).
- Realistic delivery estimates on every product page — usually 3–7 days for UK-stocked items, 7–15 days for items shipped internationally.
- All consumer rights under UK law (Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) apply as standard.

These are written from a UK small-flat perspective and link to specific products we actually stock. They are not affiliate content for other shops.

One email address, one inbox, no support tickets in a queue: support@villaltaco.uk. Most enquiries get a reply within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). For order issues, including damaged or wrong items, just reply to your order confirmation — that is the fastest path because the order details are already in the thread.

Villalta Home Co. is the trading name of Juan Antonio Villalta Pacheco, a self-employed trader registered in Spain who sells to customers in the United Kingdom. We process payments through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). Personal data is handled under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 — see our privacy policy for details, including your right to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you. The contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
