White Foldable Diatomite Drying Mat for Kitchen Draining
A foldable drying mat made from diatomite — a naturally porous material that pulls moisture away from dishes, glasses, and worktops more quickly than a standard cloth or silicone mat. The slatted surface lifts items slightly off the base, helping air circulate underneath while liquid drains into the mat itself. White in colour, with a smooth ridged surface that is straightforward to wipe clean. It folds along its length for storage, taking up less drawer space than a rigid mat when not in use. Suitable beside a sink in a kitchen or on a utility room surface where keeping things dry and tidy matters. The description confirms the material as diatomite and includes one mat. Works with everyday crockery, glasses,
- Diatomite Construction: Naturally porous material draws moisture from dishes on contact and evaporates it quickly, so the mat is ready to use again without wringing.
- Foldable Design: Folds along its length for compact drawer or cupboard storage — a practical advantage in smaller kitchens with limited worktop space.
- Slatted Surface: Dishes and glasses rest slightly elevated rather than in pooled water, improving airflow and helping items dry more evenly.
- Low Maintenance: The smooth white surface wipes clean easily — no soaking or machine washing required.
- Versatile Placement: Works beside any kitchen sink, in a utility room, or on a worktop surface where managing moisture is the priority.

Design & Storage
White in colour with a smooth, ridged surface that is straightforward to wipe clean. The mat folds along its length for compact storage, taking up considerably less drawer or cupboard space than a rigid alternative when not in use. The fold mechanism runs along the length without fracturing the material.
Where It Works
What's included
Suited to kitchen sink areas, utility rooms, or any surface where managing moisture matters. It handles everyday crockery, glasses, and smaller utensils without sliding around under load. One practical note: diatomite can feel brittle under sharp impact, so store it flat rather than balanced on its edge.
